1/2 oz South Beach Syrup Organic Agave Nectar

1/2 Fresh Lime

1 oz Fresh Guava

4-6 Mint Leaves

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, then fill shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain contents into a rocks glass.  Next, add ice to rocks glass and garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge.

1 oz Cold Pressed Pineapple Juice

1/4 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur

1/4 oz Yuzu Asian Citrus

Muddled Red Bell Pepper

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle Red Bell Pepper with Fresh Lime in cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, then add ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain contents into a collins glass, then fill glass with crushed ice. Garnish with Pineapple Stalk.

CURIOUS KUSH OLD FASHIONED

2 oz Florida Kush

1/2 oz Banana Liqueur

4-5 dashes Chocolate Bitters

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients into Yarai Mixing glass, then add ice.  Stir for 10-15 seconds.  Strain contents into rocks glass.  Next, add one large ice cube and garnish with Orange Zest

2 oz Florida Kush Anejo

1/2 oz Fresh Lime

Top with Ginger Beer

1/2 Fresh Lime

1 oz Cold Pressed Beet Juice

muddled raspberries & fresno chili pepper

3-4 dashes celery bitters

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle raspberries and fresno chili pepper with celery bitters in a cocktail shaker.  Add remaining ingredients, then add ice, and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.  Strain contents into rocks glass.  Next, add ice garnish with cilantro.

1/2 oz South Beach Syrup’s Original Simple Syrup

1/4 oz Fresh Lemon

1 oz Cold Pressed Carrot Juice

1/4 oz Campari

1/2 oz Calvados Apple Brandy Liqueur

3-4 dashes Angostura bitters

Muddle 3 cucumber slices and 3-4 watermelon chunks in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, then add ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into rocks glass, then add ice. Garnish with cucumber slice.

1/2 oz Lillet

1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth

Barspoon Creme de Violette

3/4 oz Hibiscus and Chamomile Infused Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Fresh Lime

3/4 oz Fresh Grapefruit

1/4 oz Aperol

3-4 dashes Grapefruit Bitters

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, then add ice.  Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.  Strain ingredients into a martini coupe.  Garnish with lemon zest.
